1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the usd777 website accessible at usd777.cam and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and sub-domains operated by the Company.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses the services offered therein.

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.

2 Eligibility

2.2 By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are satisfied. If at any time you cease to meet these requirements, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

3.3 You must select a strong, unique password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. usd777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.4 Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or use your Account — is strictly prohibited.

3.5 usd777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 In order to protect against fraud, underage gambling, and money laundering, usd777 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests and at any other time the Company deems appropriate.

4.2 KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP, passport, or national identity card).
• A document confirming your residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• A photograph or scan of the front and back of any payment card or bank account used to make deposits.
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, as requested.

4.3 usd777 will process KYC submissions within 24 hours of receipt of all required documents. Where additional information is required, the Company will notify you by email.

4.4 Withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction. The Company accepts no liability for any delay in processing withdrawals arising from incomplete or delayed KYC submissions.

5 Deposits

5.1 usd777 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

5.2 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the return of funds and suspension of your Account.

5.3 usd777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which usd777 accepts no responsibility.

5.4 usd777 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where the amount or frequency of deposits triggers an internal review threshold.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Balances must have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 50.000.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your KYC records.

6.2 usd777 targets processing of all verified withdrawal requests within five minutes. During periods of exceptionally high volume or during scheduled maintenance windows, processing may take up to two hours. In no event will usd777 take more than 24 hours to process a verified withdrawal request.

6.3 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. usd777 may request additional verif ication documentation before processing withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000.

6.4 usd777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6.5 The Company reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 usd777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

7.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All bets and wagers placed on the usd777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market type. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface.

• Odds are displayed and locked at the time a bet is confirmed by the Player.
• usd777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a manifest pricing error has occurred.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing inconsistencies across markets.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or lottery draw.

10 Responsible Gaming

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.3 usd777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur; the Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

12.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited to your Account. usd777 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform that are not the direct result of a proven technical fault attributable to the Company.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 usd777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Clause 2.
• Regulatory requirements or a court order requires the Company to do so.

13.2 In the event of Account termination for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Balances) will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method within 14 business days.

13.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money Balance will be returned within five business days.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

15 Amendments

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.3.

16 Governing Law

16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which usd777 holds its international gaming licence.

16.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the Company's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

16.3 Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent those rights cannot be waived by contract.
